3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations should be communicated as early as possible.

  • In case of extreme weather or unsafe conditions, we may reschedule or cancel the tour for safety reasons. If we cancel, you may request a refund or choose a new date.

Our tour requires moderate physical condition. Participants must be able to walk for several hours, navigate rocks, water, and uneven terrain. If you have health conditions that may affect your participation, please consult your doctor before booking.

  • We are not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines or reckless behavior.

We recommend bringing a dry bag or waterproof protection for your personal items. We are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings during the tour.
